Investment Objective:The Fund seeks to maximize current income to the extent consistent with the preservation of capital and liquidity and to maintain a stable per share price of $1.00.
Investment Strategy:The Fund is actively managed and invests 99.5% or more of its total assets in: Debt securities issued or guaranteed as to principal or interest by the U.S. government, or by U.S. government agencies or instrumentalities; repurchase agreements that are collateralized fully by cash items or U.S. Treasury and U.S. government securities; and cash. The Fund expects, but does not guarantee, a constant net asset value (NAV) of $1.00.
Investment Suitability:

This Fund may be suitable for investors who have a short-term investment horizon, want to maintain a stable dollar value for their investment and can accept a long-term rate of return that may be lower than other fixed-income and stock investments.
